These are the organizers for the Halloween and Thanksgiving celebrations. (The cig is part of the costume Grandma!) Jerry or Gary, everyone calls him something different. I just call him asshole. Because that's precisely what he is. However, he is on top of his game and gets stuff done (it was his idea to climb on the tank you will read about later). We don't see eye to eye on most things but we work well together when planning amazing events.
Charles is my best guy friend in Moldova. He is a Chisinau-Russian speaking volunteer, hard-working, very understanding and wise, good listener, and also great at bringing people together. We have many of the same Moldovan friends. He also brought 1,000+ quality and specially designed frisbees to Moldova---paid for out of his own pocket and is making no profit off them--which I think is really cool. Guess what you boys from home are getting as souviners???!!! haha
Petru and Grisha. Chisinau boys (from Moldova). Petru studied in Denmark (he is not stoned, he always is chill like that) and Grisha is the most reliable friend you could ever ask for. When I was in my car accident he kept calling and wanting to visit to check on me. Great friends. He also likes wearing Adam's hat. ;) (This pic was taken the last night before Adam was medically separated from Peace Corps and sent back home to madison, WI.)
